If the electronic and digital technologies have been discovered several decades ago, ‘why the new booming lately? The answer is because it was only after the 1990s Internet technology is developing rapidly.
The ‘unexpected’, the internet that had been reserved for a kind of higher education research institutions, was developed and widely used in business and society. The result is connection of several hundred million human beings into a network arena called ‘cyberspace’ (virtual world) is. Said to be a virtual world because this arena can not be touched or physically achieved because the form of a digital link connection between the various technologies of information and has no geographical boundaries such as the planet Earth, divided into several states.
